When you have a question on feed, or if your rabbit is sick, please don't search the internet or ask a question on ask.com to hear a bunch of random opinions. Most breeders - or anyone who really knows their stuff - won't answer your question there.
Breeders are the best people you can ask if you have a question or problem.
A vet is the second best person to ask. But only if the vet specializes in *exotic* or small animals. In other words, is "rabbit-savvy". Just because a vet treats other animals, like dogs and cats, don't assume they treat rabbits or know anything about them...even if they say they do.
When you have a serious question, like "Is my rabbit dying?", for instance, the last thing you want are a bunch of opinions without any knowledge to back it up. So people, please, don't ask for opinions online when it comes to health, treats, veggies/fruits, or feed of your bunny.
And people, please be more wary when it comes to answering someone's question. Do they want an opinion or do they need a fact?
Like I said in the beginning, a rabbit (especially in your breed) breeder is the best person to ask. And if you bought your rabbit from me, I'd be more then happy to answer any big or small question about it. After all, it grew up with me. I can tell you right now what its personality is like - when you bring it home, it might take you a little bit. I want you to know that each rabbit comes with a lifetime guarantee - that I'll be here and able to help you with any problem down the road, no matter if you choose to ask or not.
And if you didn't buy a rabbit from me, but still have a question, don't be afraid to ask! I love answering questions about anything related to rabbits, and if I can't answer your question I'll respond in a timely manner with someone who can.
